摘 要:目的探讨优质护理模式下实施规范化培训和量化绩效管理对呼吸内科护患关系的影响。方法将我院2015年1月-12月期间的12名护士和80例患者作为观察组,实施规范化培训和量化绩效管理模式;同时,将我院2016年 1月-12月期间的12名护士和80例患者作为对照组,仅实施常规的护理管理措施。比较2组对护理质量的满意度;对2组护理人员的护理服务质量以及护士风险识别意识进行评定。结果观察组对护理服务工作满意度明显更优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的护理质量相关指标、风险识别意识以及服务意识方面,明显更优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式下,规范化培训和量化绩效管理应用于呼吸内科护理工作中可有效提高护士的风险意识,促进护理服务质量,同时亦在一定程度上促进了护患之间的友好关系。Objective To investigate the standardized training of a high-quality nursing mode and quantitative performance management on nursing-patient relationship of respiratory medicine.Methods From January 2015 to December 2015,12 nurses and 80 patients in our hospital were selected as research group,and received standardized training and quantitative performance management mode.At the same time,from January 2016 to December 2016,12 nurses and 80 patients were selected as control group,only received routine nursing management measures.The satisfaction of nursing quality was compared between the two groups,and the quality of nursing service and the awareness of risk identification were evaluated.Results The satisfaction of nursing service work in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality related indicators,risk identification awareness and service awareness of nurses in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the high-quality nursing mode,standardized training and quantitative performance management can effectively improve nurses’risk awareness,promote the quality of nursing service,and promote the friendly relationship between nurses and patients to a certain.
