优质护理模式下人性化护理在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理模式下人性化护理在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者中的应用效果。方法以我院感染科收治的260例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者为研究对象,根据随机抽样法分为对照组和研究组,各130例。对照组给予常规护理模式,研究组在对照组的基础上给予优质护理模式下人性化护理,比较2组干预前后情绪状态、治疗依从性、生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预后2组的SAS与SDS评分较干预前均明显降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后2组的治疗依从性及生活质量评分较干预前均明显提高,且研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式下人性化护理可有效改善患者的不良情绪,提高治疗依从性及生活质量,对促进慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者病情康复具有积极意义。Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B under high quality nursing mode.Methods A total of 260 cases of chronic viral hepatitis B admitted to the department of infection in our hospital were studied.According to the method of random sampling,subjects were divided into control group and study group,130 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode,while patients in the study group were given humanized nursing under high-quality nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The emotional state,treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the treatment compliance and quality of life score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with that before intervention,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the mode of high-quality nursing,humanized nursing can effectively improve the patients’bad mood,improve the treatment compliance and quality of life,and has positive significance to promote the rehabilitation of patients with chronic viral hepatitis b.
