环渤海典型围合式住宅组团风环境模拟及布局研究

摘　　要：选取环渤海城市1980年后的3个典型围合式住宅组团案例并分析其形态特征,对这3种原型设计9种比选模块,运用Airpak软件进行风环境模拟,以人行高度平均风速比为评价指标,研究12种模块的冬季防风及夏季通风性能;初步总结各形态要素与组团风环境的关联性,为将来适应环渤海寒冷地区风环境的围合式住区设计提供思路。This paper chooses three typical enclosed residential cluster cases in the Bohai Rim city after 1980 and analyzes its morphological characteristics.Then designs 9 comparison modules for these 3 modules and uses Airpak for wind environment simulation.Evaluates the wind protection performance of the 12 modules in winter and the ventilation performance in summer base on the average wind speed ratio of pedestrian height.Preliminarily summarizes the relationship between the morphological elements and the wind environment and provide ideas for the design of enclosed residential cluster that will adapt to the wind environment in the Bohai Sea.
