摘　　要：某小区6层框架结构商业住宅楼起火,持续约2 h,三楼预制板有多处开裂,楼板面砖裂缝宽度达到3.4 mm。采用碳纤维布加固设计与施工,承载力、裂缝宽度、变形等得到了控制,至今各项指标满足规范要求,可供类似的工程参考。The fire broke out in a six story frame structure commercial residential building in a residential area for about 2 hours.There were several cracks in the prefabricated slab on the third floor,and the crack width of the floor tile reached 3.4 mm.The design and construction of strengthening with carbon fiber reinforced plastic sheets have controlled the bearing capacity,crack width and deformation.Up to now,all indexes meet the requirements of the code,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
