摘　　要：上海SK大厦项目周边环境保护要求高、地层条件复杂、主楼工期要求高。结合项目的工程特点和难点,提出了针对性的应对措施,成功的进行了复杂地层条件下敏感环境深基坑工程的设计和实践。The deep foundation pit project of SK Group Tower faces many problems,such as sensitive environmental conditions,complex stratigraphic conditions and strict schedule requirements.According to the characteristics and difficulties of the project,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The design and practice of the deep foundation pit in the sensitive environment under the condition of complex stratigraphic conditions are successfully carried out.
