摘　　要：建设工程投资控制为建设方关注重中之重,其中投资控制的源头、核心是设计咨询管理。研究讨论了当前我国建设工程行业设计咨询管理的现状、特点,并结合实操案例论述在全过程工程咨询服务模式下设计咨询管理内容,以及做好设计咨询管理工作的方法、措施,希望为行业设计咨询管理提供有益借鉴。The paper indicates the investment control over the construction projects is the vital focus of the constructors,in which the source and core of the investment control lies in the design and consultation management,researches the status and features of the design and consultation management for the construction projects in China,and illustrates the contents for the design and consultation under the whole-process engineering consultation service and the methods and measures for improving the management over the design and consultation by combining with the cases for factual operation,so as to provide some beneficial reference for the design and consultation management in the industry.
