摘　　要：目的 探讨单纯性肥胖患者湿热质与血清炎症标志物的相关性.方法 选取2018年1月~2019年6月于上海中医药大学附属曙光医院肥胖专病门诊就诊的肥胖患者80例和治未病科正常体重体检人群80名,分为肥胖湿热质组(40例)、肥胖平和质组(40例)、正常体重湿热质组(40名)和正常体重平和质组(40名).比较各组体重指数、腰围、体脂率、躯干脂肪率、炎症标志物[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及瘦素]和代谢指标水平.分析肥胖患者炎症标志物与湿热质评分的相关性.结果 各组湿热质评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).各组体重指数、腰围、体脂率和躯干脂肪率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).肥胖湿热质组和肥胖平和质组的体重指数、腰围、体脂率、躯干脂肪率均高于正常体重湿热质组、正常体重平和质组(P<0.05);肥胖湿热质组的腰围、体脂率和躯干脂肪率均高于肥胖平和质组(P<0.05).各组TNF-α、IL-6、CRP和瘦素水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).肥胖湿热质组和肥胖平和质组TNF-α水平均高于正常体重平和质组(P<0.05),肥胖湿热质组TNF-α水平高于肥胖平和质组、正常体重湿热质组(P<0.05);肥胖湿热质组IL-6、CRP水平均高于正常体重平和质组(P<0.05);肥胖湿热质组、肥胖平和质组和正常体重湿热质组瘦素水平均高于正常体重平和质组(P<0.05),肥胖湿热质组和肥胖平和质组瘦素水平均高于正常体重湿热质组(P<0.05),肥胖湿热质组瘦素水平高于肥胖平和质组(P<0.05).各组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和三酰甘油(TG)水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).肥胖湿热质组HbA1c水平高于正常体重平和质组、正常体重湿热质组(P<0.05);肥胖湿热质组TG水平高于正常体重平和质组(P<0.05).肥胖患者的TNF-α、IL-6及瘦素与湿热质评分呈正相关(r=0.37、0.11、0.62,P<0.05).结论 湿热质与炎症标志物之间�Objective To explore the correlation between damp heat constitution and inflammatory markers in obese patients.Methods Eighty obesity outpatients from Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and eighty normal weight physical examinees from January 2018 to June 2019 in Department of Preventive Medicine were selected and divided into four groups:obesity damp heat group(40 cases),obesity calmness group(40 cases),normal weight damp heat group(40 cases)and normal weight calmness group(40 cases).Body mass index,waist circumference,body fat rate,trunk fat rate,inflammatory markers(tumor necrosis factorα[TNF-α],interleukin-6[IL-6],C-reactive protein[CRP]and leptin)and metabolic indexes were compared in each group.The correlation between inflammatory markers and the score of damp heat quality in obesity patients was analyzed.Results There was significant difference in the scores of damp heat quality among four groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in body mass index,waist circumference,body fat rate and trunk fat rate among four groups(P<0.05).The body mass index,waist circumference,body fat rate and trunk fat rate of obesity damp heat group and obesity calmness group were all higher than those of normal weight damp heat group and normal weight calmness group(P<0.05).The waist circumference,body fat rate and trunk fat rate of obesity damp heat group were higher than those of obesity calmness group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP and leptin among four groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-αin obesity damp heat group and obesity calmness group were higher than those in normal weight calmness group(P<0.05).The level of TNF-αin obesity damp heat group was higher than that in obesity calmness group and normal weight damp heat group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and CRP in obesity damp heat group were higher than those in normal weight calmness group(P<0.05).The levels of leptin in obesity damp heat group,obesity calmness group and normal wei
