摘　　要：伦理道德建设历来是军队政治工作的核心内容,是我军先进军事文化的中心环节。相应地,建国70余年来我国军事伦理学学科建设也取得了斐然成就。军事伦理的建设与发展对我军现代化建设有着重要的战略意义,它不仅是我军思想道德建设的当务之急,它也有利于增强文化自信、自强民族精神,有利于引导协调解决经济全球化背景下国际军事活动中的系列矛盾冲突问题,有利于解决现代高科技发展及其引发的世界新军事变革过程中的军事伦理问题。Ethics and morality construction remains the core contents of PLA military political work and the central link of its advanced military culture.Accordingly,marvelous achievements in military ethics discipline construction have been made in the 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Military ethics construction and development is of great strategic significance to PLA military modernization,so it takes the top priority in PLA ideological and moral construction.It is also conducive to enhance national cultural self-confidence and spiritual self-improvement,and to guide and coordinate contradiction and conflict settlement in international military activities against the economic globalization.It is equally conductive to solve military ethics problems in modern high-tech development and the new military transformation process in the world.
