摘　　要：目的探讨血液净化静脉留置导管感染危险因素,旨在为临床护理提供参考。方法选择2017年7月至2019年5月收治的1,241例血液净化静脉留置导管患者为调查对象,查阅相关资料,确定纳入因素,将所有因素纳入logistic多因素回归分析模型。结果本组患者发生感染65例,感染率为5.24%,多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄(OR=1.432)、疾病类型(OR=1.193)、导管留置时间(OR=1.450)、不同血流速度(OR=1.324)、血红蛋白(OR=1.674)、遵医嘱依从性(OR=1.261)为影响血液净化静脉留置导管感染的独立危险因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液净化静脉留置导管感染的危险因素较多,应防治结合,及时评估感染风险因素并进行护理干预,以降低医院感染发生率。Objective To explore the risk factors of blood purification vein indwelling catheter infection,aiming to provide a reference for clinical nursing.Methods We selected 1241 cases of patients with blood purification intravenous indwelling catheters admitted from July 2017 to May 2019 as the investigated subjects,the relevant data were consulted to determine the included factors,and all factors were included in the logistic multivariate regression analysis model.Results In this group,65 cases of patients were infected,the infection rate was 5.24%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age(OR=1.432),disease type(OR=1.193),catheter indwelling time(OR=1.450),different blood velocity(OR=1.324),hemoglobin(OR=1.674),compliance with medical advice(OR=1.261)were the independent risk factors that affected blood purification vein indwelling catheter infection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There were many risk factors for blood purification vein indwelling catheter infection,and prevention and treatment should be combined to timely evaluate infection risk factors and carry out nursing intervention to reduce the incidence rate of hospital infection.
