中药封包治疗联合推拿按摩在脑卒中后便秘患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药封包治疗联合推拿按摩在脑卒中后便秘患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7—12月我院收治的脑卒中后便秘患者60例为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上行推拿按摩和中药封包治疗,治疗1周后,比较两组患者排便情况、治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排便次数多于对照组,每次排便时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排便困难、大便干结、排便残留的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药封包治疗联合推拿按摩能有效缓解脑卒中后患者便秘情况,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine packaging therapy combined with massage in patients with constipation after stroke.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with constipation after stroke treated in our hospital from July to December 2018 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented traditional Chinese medicine packaging treatment after 1 week of treatment to compare the defecation situation and treatment effect of the patients in the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had more defecation times than the control group,and the time of each defecation was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of difficulty in defecation,dry stools and residual defecation in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine packaging therapy combined with massage can effectively relieve constipation in patients with stroke,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
