摘 要:目的探讨三位一体服务模式对支气管哮喘患者健康素养及哮喘控制评分的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月就诊于我院的87例支气管哮喘患者,随机等分为对照组44例和试验组43例。对照组实行常规护理,试验组实行三位一体服务模式。比较两组哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分、健康素养评分。结果护理6个月后,试验组的ACT评分、健康素养评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三位一体服务模式可提高支气管哮喘患者的疾病控制水平,改善患者的健康素养,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of trinity service model for health literacy and asthma control score of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods To select 87 cases of patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,and they were randomly divided into a control group of 44 cases and a test group of 43 cases.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the test group implemented a trinity service model.The asthma control test(ACT)score and health literacy score of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing 6 months,the ACT score and health literacy score in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the trinity service model can improve the disease control level of patients with bronchial asthma and improve their health literacy,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
