川芎独活木瓜散贴敷神阙穴在下肢骨折患者术后康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨川芎独活木瓜散贴敷神阙穴在下肢骨折患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月我院收治的100例下肢骨折患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用“康复训练+辨证施膳+黄水纱外敷”三联康复方案,观察组在对照组的基础上联合川芎独活木瓜散贴敷神阙穴,比较两组疼痛评分(VAS)、特种外科医院膝关节功能量表评分(HSS)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分以及并发症发生情况。结果治疗前两组VAS,HSS,MBI指数评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组VAS评分,HSS,MBI指数评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论川芎独活木瓜散贴敷神阙穴可更有效减轻疼痛,促进膝关节功能恢复,提高生活自理能力,减少并发症的发生率,优化下肢骨折术后康复疗效,有一定的应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of ligusticum wallichii radix angelicae pubescentis papaya powder applied to Shenque acupoint in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lower extremity fracture.Methods To select 100 cases of patients with lower extremity fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group used the triple rehabilitation plan"rehabilitation training+syndrome differentiation diet+yellow water gauze external application,the observation group combined with ligusticum wallichii radix angelicae pubescentis papaya powder applied to Shenque acupoint on the basis of the control group to compare the visual analogue scale(VAS),Hospital for Special Surgery knee score(HSS),modified Barthel index(MBI)score and complications of the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS,HSS and MBI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS,HSS and MBI scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ligusticum wallichii radix angelicae pubescentis papaya powder applied to Shenque acupoint can more effectively reduce pain,promote knee joint function recovery,improve living self-care ability,reduce the incidence rate of complications,and optimize the curative effect of postoperative rehabilitation of lower extremity fracture,which had certain application value.
