分阶段回授法在膀胱癌全切泌尿造口术患者延续护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分阶段回授法在膀胱癌全切泌尿造口术患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年6月至2019年6月泌尿造口患者82例作为研究对象,随机将患者等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用延续性护理,观察组在此基础上联合分阶段回授法,干预后3个月,比较两组患者生活质量、自我护理能力水平及其治疗依从性。结果生活质量评分中,观察组社会限制、躯体功能、自我管理、心理状态评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院后自我护理能力总分、自护技能、自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识得分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分段回授法应用于膀胱癌全切泌尿造口术患者延续护理中,能够显著提高其生活质量、自我护理能力水平、依从性,有利于患者预后,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of grading feedback method in continuous nursing for patients with bladder cancer underwent total excision urostomy.Methods To select 82 cases of patients from June 2017 to June 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group adopted continuous nursing,and the observation group adopted grading feedback method on this basis.At 3 months after the intervention,the quality of life,level of self-care ability and treatment compliance of patients were compared between the two groups.Results In the quality of life score,the social restriction,physical function,self-management and psychological state scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of self-care ability,self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and health knowledge score in the observation group after discharge were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of grading feedback method in the continuous nursing of patients with bladder cancer underwent total excision urostomy can significantly improve their quality of life,self-care ability and compliance,which was beneficial to the prognosis of patients,which was worth popularizing and applying.
