基于多元化康复模式的护理干预对胫骨平台骨折患者术后疼痛及功能康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于多元化康复模式的护理干预对胫骨平台骨折患者术后疼痛、功能康复及日常生活能力的影响。方法选择2018年4月至2019年4月我院收治的76例行切开复位内固定术治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其等分为对照组和研究组。对照组实施常规术后护理,研究组在此基础上实施多元化康复模式的护理干预,为期6个月。比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、膝关节功能康复情况及日常生活能力。结果两组患者术后当天视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Lysholm膝关节功能评分和Barthel指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,研究组VAS评分低于对照组,Lysholm评分和Barthel指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于多元化康复模式的护理干预能够减轻胫骨平台骨折患者术后疼痛,促进膝关节功能康复,提升日常生活能力,具有推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on diversified rehabilitation models for postoperative pain,functional rehabilitation and ability of daily living of patients with tibial plateau fracture.Methods To select 76 cases of patients with tibial plateau fractures treated with open reduction and internal fixation in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method.The control group was given routine postoperative nursing,and the study group was given nursing intervention based on diversified rehabilitation models for 6 months.The degree of postoperative pain,the rehabilitation of knee joint function and the ability of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS),Lysholm knee joint function scores and Barthel index between the two groups of patients on the day after surgery(P>0.05).Six months after the operation,the VAS,Lysholm scores and Barthel index in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention based on diversified rehabilitation model can reduce postoperative pain in patients with tibial plateau fractures,promote the rehabilitation of knee joint function and improve the ability of daily life.Therefore,it has promotion value.
