自制骨盆固定止血兜在骨盆骨折外固定中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制骨盆固定止血兜在骨盆骨折患者外固定中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月至2019年7月我科接诊的骨盆骨折患者60例,依据外固定方法不同,将2018年9月至2019年3月30例设为对照组,2019年4—7月30例设为观察组,对照组采用折叠床单固定骨盆,观察组采用自制骨盆固定止血兜固定骨盆,比较两组患者的疼痛程度和早期预警评分。结果固定后,观察组患者疼痛得分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的早期预警评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自制骨盆固定止血兜用于骨盆骨折外固定患者,可有效减轻患者疼痛,减少进一步出血,防止继发性损伤,便于患者转运和搬运。Objective To explore the application effect of self-made pelvic fixed hemostatic pocket in external fixation of patients with pelvic fracture.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with pelvic fractures from September 2018 to July 2019,according to different external fixation methods,30 cases from September 2018 to March 2019 were set as a control group,and 30 cases from April to July 2019 were set as an observation group.The control group used folding sheets to fix the pelvis solely,and the observation group used self-made pelvis fixed the hemostatic pocket to fix the pelvis.The pain levels and early warning scores of the two groups were compared.Results After fixation,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in early warning score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made pelvic fixed hemostatic pocket was used for the external fixation of patients with pelvic fracture,which can effectively reduce the patient's pain,reduce further bleeding,prevent secondary injury,and facilitate the patient's turn around and transfer.
