新型医用约束带在危重症手足口病患儿中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨新型医用约束带在危重症手足口病患儿中的应用效果。方法选取我院重症医学科2012年6月至2018年9月收治确诊危重型重症手足口病患儿83例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组38例和观察组45例,对照组采用普通肢体约束带实施肢体约束,观察组采用新型医用约束带进行肢体保护性约束。比较两组患儿护理不良事件发生率,两组患儿家属满意度。结果观察组患儿护理不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,家属满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新型医用约束带的使用能降低危重症患儿护理不良事件发生率,提高家属满意度,适合在儿科使用。Objective To explore the application effect of new medical restraint belt in children patients with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods To select 83 cases of children patients diagnosed with critically hand-foot-mouth disease from the department of intensive medicine of our hospital from June 2012 to September 2018 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into 38 cases in a control group and 45 cases in an observation group.The control group adopted ordinary limb restraint belt to implement limb restraint,and the observation group adopted new medical restraint belt to perform limb protective restraint to compare the incidence of the adverse nursing events and the satisfaction of family members between the children patients of the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of family members was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the new medical restraint band can reduce the incidence rate of the adverse nursing events in children patients with critically hand-foot-mouth disease,improve the satisfaction of family members,and was suitable for use in pediatrics.
