摘 要:目的探讨多感官刺激干预对早产儿经口喂养效果的影响。方法随机抽取我院2017年3月至2019年3月收治的180例早产儿为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组应用常规经口喂养干预,观察组在对照组基础上应用多感官刺激干预,对两组早产儿的鼻胃管留置时间、经口喂养过渡时间、胃肠道转运时间、不同时间点体质量、干预第10天经口喂养程度、不良反应发生情况及出院时神经发育情况进行比较。结果观察组鼻胃管留置时间、经口喂养过渡时间、胃肠道转运时间均短于对照组、不良反应发生率低于对照组,完全喂养时与出院时体质量、完全经口喂养率及出院时神经发育各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早产儿经口喂养开展多感官刺激干预措施能够有效改善早产儿胃肠道功能,提高完全经口喂养成功率,减少不良反应的发生率,促进早产儿正常生长发育。Objective To explore the impact of the effect of multi-sensory stimulation intervention on oral feeding of premature infants.Methods To select randomly 180 premature infants who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group used conventional oral feeding intervention,and the observation group was given multi-sensory stimulation intervention based on the control group.The indwelling time of nasogastric tube,oral feeding transition time,gastrointestinal transit time,body weight at different time points,oral feeding degree on the 10th day of intervention,the incidence of adverse reactions and neurological development were compared at the time of discharge.Results The indwelling time of nasogastric tube,oral feeding transition time and gastrointestinal transit time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that in the control group,and the observation group's body weight at complete feeding and discharge,complete oral feeding rate and neurodevelopment score at discharge were higher than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The oral feeding of premature infants with multi-sensory stimulation interventions can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of premature infants,improve the success rate of complete oral feeding,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions,and promote the normal growth and development of premature infants.
