摘　　要：目的探讨接床式角度可调型手术器械托盘运用效果。方法根据原有托盘外形和功能的限制,导致某些部位手术无法使用托盘或使用托盘后手术体位受限,导致手术医师操作不方便,甚至时常有手术医师无意被锐利器械刺伤,患者非手术部位被高频电刀烫伤等事件发生情况,本研究根据手术体位操作需要及洗手护士手术配合需要结合现有手术器械托盘的结构优缺点,自行设计出一种接床式角度可调型手术器械托盘,并已获得国家实用新型专利。结果本研究对这种接床式角度可调型手术器械托盘的基本结构和使用方法进行了详细介绍,并逐条阐述了这种新型手术器械托盘的优点。经过临床应用取得良好效果。结论接床式角度可调型手术托盘是针对现有的手术技术水平和手术护理现状而产生,能满足目前大多数手术护理操作要求,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of surgical instrument tray with connected bed and adjustable angle.Methods To design surgical instrument tray with connected bed and adjustable angle in this study according to the needs of surgical posture operation and the hand washing nurses’surgery coordination,and combined with the structural advantages and disadvantages of the existing surgical instrument tray.The design reason was due to the limitations of the shape and function of the original tray,it caused that the tray cannot be used for certain parts of the operation or the position of the surgery was limited after using the tray,resulting in inconvenient operation for the surgeon,and even sometimes the surgeon was accidentally stabbed by sharp instruments,and incidents of patients burned by high frequency electrocautery at non-surgical sites.This design has obtained national utility model patents.Results In this study,the basic structure and use method of the surgical instrument tray with connected bed and adjustable angle were introduced in detail,and the advantages of this new type of surgical instrument tray were elaborated one by one.We has achieved good results through clinical application.Conclusion The surgical instrument tray with connected bed and adjustable angle was produced according to the existing surgical technology level and the current status of surgical nursing,which can meet the requirements of most surgical nursing operations,which was worth popularizing and applying.
