摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺癌手术患者对经口入路腔镜的配合方法。方法选取我院2019年1—7月收治的26例甲状腺癌手术患者为研究对象,分析总结甲状腺癌手术患者经口入路腔镜的配合情况。结果26例患者手术顺利完成,手术时间在预期范围内,出血少,无1例需要输血,生命体征均平稳。结论手术成功的关键在于医护之间的密切配合,以及医护人员对手术的熟练掌握程度。Objective To explore the cooperative methods of transoral approach endoscope in patients with thyroid cancer surgery.Methods To select 26 cases of patients with thyroid cancer surgery admitted to our hospital from January to July 2019 as the study objects,and the cooperation of transoral approach endoscope for patients with thyroid cancer surgery was analyzed and summarized.Results The 26 cases of patients completed the operation successfully,the operation time was within the expected range,less bleeding,no 1 cases needed blood transfusion,and the vital signs were stable.Conclusion The key to the success of the operation was the close cooperation between the doctors and nurses,and the proficiency of the medical staff in the operation.
