摘　　要：目的探讨应用格林模式对提高口腔门诊医护人员手卫生依从性的影响。方法调查影响口腔门诊医师、护士、研究生及规培生手卫生依从性的因素,按照格林模式要求规划制定干预条件和评价标准,对研究对象在应用格林模式干预前、后进行手卫生消毒效果检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果格林模式干预后,口腔门诊医师、护士、研究生及规培生手卫生依从性及合格率高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用格林模式可以促进口腔门诊医护人员手卫生依从性及手卫生合格率,值得在科室感染控制工作中推广。Objective To explore the influence of applying the Green model on improving the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in stomatology clinics.Methods We investigated the factors affecting the hand hygiene compliance of physicians,nurses,graduate students and normalized students in stomatology clinics,planed and formulate the intervention conditions and evaluation standards according to the requirements of the Green model,and disinfect the hand hygiene before and after the intervention of the Green model and its results were analyzed statistically.Results After the Green model intervention,the hand hygiene compliance and pass rate of physicians,nurses,graduate students and normalized students in stomatology clinics were higher than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the Green model can promote the compliance and qualification rate of the hand hygiene the staff of the stomatology clinics,and it was worthy of promotion in the infection control of department.
