摘　　要：目的探讨不同狂犬疫苗注射法对狂犬疫苗接种者的治疗效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年2月收治的90例狂犬疫苗接种患者作为研究对象,随机将其等分为四针法组和五针法组。四针法组采用“2+1+1”程序注射法接种狂犬疫苗,“2+1+1”五针法组采用传统五针法注射接种狂犬疫苗,比较两组患者治疗依从性和不良反应发生情况。结果四针法组治疗依从性优于五针法组(P<0.05),四针法组并发症发生率低于五针法组(P<0.05)。结论四针法接种狂犬疫苗效果优于传统五针法注射狂犬疫苗接种效果,且不良反应少,可提高治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of different injecting methods of rabies vaccine for patients with rabies vaccination.Methods To select 90 cases of patients with rabies vaccination admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into four-needle method group and five-needle method group.The four-needle group used the"2+1+1"procedure injecting method to inoculate rabies vaccine,and the"2+1+1"five-needle method group used the traditional five-needle method to inject rabies vaccine to compare the treatment compliance and adverse reactions of the patients of the two groups.Results The treatment compliance in the four-needle method group was better than that in the five-needle method group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the four-needle method group was lower than that in the five-needle method group(P<0.05).Conclusion The four-needle method of rabies vaccination was better than the traditional five-needle method of rabies vaccination,and it had fewer adverse reactions,which can improve treatment compliance.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
