摘 要:随着国家对新时期国家战略作出的重大决策部署,航空业信息化建设的规模和发展水平不断提高,目前机场行李系统IT软、硬件设备数量已达到相当规模。每种设备的状态信息、指标数据、故障信息、事件日志等种类繁多,数量巨大,传统的IT运维方式已经无法满足当前IT系统的规模。因此,针对航空企业信息化的深入建设和开展,提出了一种一体化运维系统解决方案。具体地,分析目前机场行李系统中IT系统和设备管理的现状,介绍了一体化运维平台系统的概念、优点以及使用一体化运维平台系统的意义,达到了IT资源的管理集中化、状态可视化、运维自动化的目的使维护人员能主动及时发现问题。As countries in the new era of national strategy to make major policy decisions,scale and development level of industry informationization,the current airport baggage system IT soft hardware equipment has reached the scale of each device status information,index data,the fault information,the event log sort is various,such as a huge number of traditional way of the IT operations have been unable to meet the size of the current IT system.Therefore,aiming at the in-depth construction and development of aviation enterprise informatization,an integrated operation and maintenance system solution is proposed.Specifically,this paper analyzes the current situation of IT system and equipment management in the baggage system,introduces the concept and advantages of the integrated operation and maintenance platform system,and the significance of using the integrated operation and maintenance platform system,so as to achieve the purpose of centralized management,state visualization and operation and maintenance automation of it resources,and enable maintenance personnel to actively and timely find problems.
