对犯罪未成年人司法社会保护的若干问题研究

摘　　要：司法社会工作对犯罪未成年人的保护具有举足轻重的作用,将司法工作与社会工作相结合,是对犯罪未成年人权益保护的一种创新工作机制。在加强对犯罪未成年人保护的过程中,司法社会工作的开展需要重点考虑三个问题:确立司法社会工作的原则以把控行动方向、构建司法社会工作的机制以提供制度保障、创建司法社会工作的队伍以补充工作力量,从而实现司法社会工作对未成年人的权益保障。Judicial social work plays a very important role for protecting juvenile delinquents.Combining judicial work with social work is the innovative working mechanism,to protect the rights and interests of juvenile delinquents.In the process of strengthening the protection of juvenile delinquents,three problems should be considered for protecting the rights and interests of juvenile delinquents:first,to establish the work principles for acting direction;the second one is to construct the work mechanisms for system guarantee,and last one,to create the judicial social work team for strengthening the work force,in order to realize the goal of the protection of the rights and interests of juvenile delinquents by the judicial social work.
