摘　　要：自新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来,全国各级各类医院积极投身抗击疫情第一线。该文以安徽省某肿瘤医院为例,详细介绍了该院组建援鄂医疗队过程中存在的问题与挑战,阐述了三批选派援鄂医疗队的组建情况和保障措施,通过科学的人员调配,加强沟通、一对一帮扶援鄂队员家属、统计发放临时补贴等一系列有效措施,保障援鄂队员的身心健康,采取集中统一高效的援助管理体系,同时建立重大疫情响应机制,利用信息化技术手段,有效控制疫情蔓延。认为这些举措有效,为赢得最终抗击疫情的胜利作出了应有贡献。since novel coronavirus caused pneumonia outbreak,various hospitals in China have been actively engaged in the first line of fighting against the epidemic.Taking Anhui cancer hospital as an example,this paper introduces in detail the difficulties and challenges in the process of establishing the medical team for Hubei Province,and expounds the process of establishing three groups of medical teams for Hubei Province and the basic distribution of 35 medical team members for Hubei Province.Through a series of effective measures,such as strengthening communication,one-to-one assistance to the families of the members of the team,statistical distribution of temporary subsidies,etc,the hospital ensures the physical and mental health of the members of the team,establishes a major epidemic response mechanism,scientifically allocates personnel,adopts a centralized and efficient aid management system,and effectively controls the spread of the epidemic by means of information technology,so as to win the final fight against the epidemic Make due contribution to victory.
