基于三维质量评价体系的手术护理在老年患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于结构-过程-结果三维质量评价理论的手术室护理在老年腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选择在手术室行腹腔镜手术的112例老年患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组56例,对照组给予常规手术室护理流程,实验组实施基于结构-过程-结果三维质量评价理论的手术室护理流程。手术前后评估患者焦虑抑郁状况,术毕收集患者满意度并统计并发症情况。结果:实验组总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后第2天实验组患者焦虑、抑郁改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年腹腔镜手术患者实施基于结构-过程-结果三维质量评价理论的手术室护理流程可以提高患者满意度并降低并发症发生率,同时能有效改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪。Objective:To investigate the application effect of operating room nursing based on"structureprocess-outcome"quality assessment idea for elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:112 elderly patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine operating room nursing process,while the experimental group was given operation room nursing process based on three-dimensional quality evaluation theory of"structure-process-outcome".Anxiety and depression were assessed before and after operation,patients'satisfaction and complications were collected after operation.Results:The total satisfaction rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complication in the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement of anxiety and depression in the experimental group was better than that in the control group on the second day after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of operating room nursing based on"structure-process-outcome"quality assessment theory for elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can improve their satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications,in addition effectively improve anxiety and depression of patients.
