摘　　要：目的:探讨程序化护理在视网膜脱离患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法:选取110例视网膜脱离患者作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组,各55例,对照组患者采取医院常规护理,观察组患者在医院常规护理的基础上采取程序化护理。结果:观察组患者在经过程序化护理干预后,患者在遵医行为、住院满意度与护理干预前相比显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将程序化护理应用于视网膜脱离患者的临床护理过程中,可显著提高患者遵医行为、住院满意度,值得临床借鉴推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of programmed nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with retinal detachment.Methods:110 patients with retinal detachment were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment:the control group and the observation group,each with 55 cases.The control group received routine hospital care,and the observation group received routine hospital care on the basis of routine hospital care.Results:after programmed nursing intervention,patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of procedural nursing in the clinical nursing process of patients with retinal detachment can significantly improve patients'compliance behavior and hospital satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
