尿视黄醇结合蛋白、血胱抑素C对早期糖尿病肾病诊断的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨尿视黄醇结合蛋白、血胱抑素C在早期糖尿病肾病中的诊断价值。方法:选取早期单纯糖尿病患者50例、早期糖尿病肾病患者50例为观察组,健康的体检者50例为对照组,比较三组研究对象的尿视黄醇结合蛋白、血胱抑素C的含量以及阳性率。结果:观察组患者的血胱抑素C、尿视黄醇结合蛋白的含量均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血胱抑素C阳性率56.00%,尿视黄醇结合蛋白阳性率72.00%,前者显著较后者低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血胱抑素C和尿视黄醇结合蛋白与早期糖尿病肾病有密切关系,是临床上诊断早期糖尿病肾病的指标,值得广泛应用。Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of urinary retinol binding protein and cystatin C in early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Patients who were treated in hospital were enrolled.50 patients with early diabetes mellitus,50 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were observed,and 50 healthy controls were compared with the control group.The content of urinary retinol binding protein,cystatin C and the positive rate of the subject.Results:The levels of serum cystatin C and urinary retinol binding protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of cystatin C in the observation group was 56.00%.The positive rate of flavanol-binding protein was 72.00%,the former was significantly lower than the latter,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cystatin C and urinary retinol binding protein are closely related to early diabetic nephropathy.It is an index for clinical diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy and it is worthy of wide application.
