摘 要:目的:探讨积极心理康复治疗对儿童烧伤后心理康复的影响。方法:选择在门诊和病房治疗的90例烧伤儿童,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予积极心理康复,对照组进行常规的康复治疗,比较两组患儿的焦虑自评量表(SAS量表)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS量表)评分的差异。结果:治疗组的患儿焦虑自评量表(SAS量表)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS量表)评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组患儿日常生活能力的评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:儿童肢体深度烧伤后会存在心理问题,积极的心理康复治疗可以明显降低患儿焦虑和抑郁的发生,提高生活能力。Objective:To investigate the influence of positive psychological rehabilitation on mind and living ability of burned children.Method:90 burned children of department were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group gave a positive psychological rehabilitation,the control group had conventional treatment,compared two groups of children of The SAS(self-rating anxiety scale)points and SDS(self-rating depression scale)points of two groups were assessed.Results:The SAS points and SDS points of treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),The Barthel index(daily action ability)of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The burned children had some psychological problems,positive psychological rehabilitation therapy can significantly reduce the incidence of children with anxiety and depression,improve the ability of life.
