中西药联合治疗盆腔炎性疾病的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨盆腔炎采用中西医结合护理的疗效。方法:选入医院的100例盆腔炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。对照组盆腔炎患者采用西医常规治疗,治疗组盆腔炎患者采用中西医结合护理疗法进行治疗。观察两组患者护理疗效及满意度的改善程度。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组满意度提高,治疗组总有效率明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗盆腔炎时采用中西医结合护理手段,其改善效果明显,满意度较高,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the curative effect of pelvic inflammatory disease by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing.Methods:for 100 cases of hospital patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases each.Control group pelvic inflammatory disease were treated by routine western medicine treatment,the treatment group patients with pelvic inflammatory disease by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing therapy for treatment.Observe two groups of patient care improved efficacy and satisfaction degree.Results:compared with control group,treatment group satisfaction improved,the treatment group the total effective rate increased significantly,the difference has statistics meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:to improve nursing therapy for the treatment of pelvic inflammation with traditional Chinese and western medicine,the effect significantly,satisfaction is higher,has extensive application value in clinical.
