改良静脉拔针方法在老年患者留置针静脉输液中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良静脉留置针拔针方法在老年慢性病使用留置针输液患者中的应用效果。方法:将60例老年慢性病输液患者随机分成观察组与对照组,对照组患者采用常规的留置针拔针方法,观察组患者采用改良留置针拔针新方法,比较两组患者拔针后的皮下出血、皮下淤血、静脉回血、按压时间、患者的疼痛及满意度情况。结果:观察组患者在拔针后的皮下出血、皮下淤血、静脉回血、按压时间、患者的疼痛情况均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良后的静脉拔针按压方法明显优于常规的拔针按压方法,值得在老年科推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of improved intravenous indwelling needle extraction in elderly patients with chronic diseases using indwelling needle infusion.Methods:60 elderly patients with chronic disease infusion were randomly divided into observation group and experimental group.The control group used routine indwelling needle pulling method.The patients were compared with subcutaneous hemorrhage,subcutaneous congestion,venous return blood,compression time,pain and satisfaction.Results:The patients'satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified method is better than the conventional method,which is worth popularizing in geriatrics.
