对影响工程质量的非技术性因素的探讨

摘　　要：随着改革开放四十年来经济建设持续快速地增长,我国的城镇数量和规模越来越大,城镇基础设施建设有了高速的发展,但工程质量也存在不少问题,质量事故频繁发生。由于工程质量是工程项目管理的重要内容,影响工程质量的因素很多。文章视角独特,把影响因素分为技术性因素和非技术性因素,重点探讨了非技术性因素对工程质量的影响,其中业主是关键因素,业主的态度和做法影响其他三方,最终影响工程质量的好坏。With the sustained and rapid growth of economic construction in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the number and scale of cities and towns in China are getting larger and larger,and urban infrastructure construction has developed at a high speed,but there are also many problems in engineering quality,and quality accidents occur frequently.As engineering quality is an important part of engineering project management,there are many factors that affect engineering quality.This paper has a unique perspective,divides the influencing factors into technical factors and non-technical factors,and focuses on the influence of non-technical factors on project quality,in which the owner is the key factor,and the attitude and practices of the owners affect the other three parties.finally affect the quality of the project.
