摘  要:目前基于隔离开关、引流板及引线接头等变电高压设备接头发热缺陷研制了不同的地电位带电作业消缺装置,每套装置是针对单一设备单一缺陷设计的,在现场应用不够灵活,尤其是紧急抢修等特殊环境,不能很好满足设备消缺需求。针对此问题研制一款地电位带电处理35~220kV变电站高压设备接头发热的装置,作业人员在地面利用该装置就能够安全快速的处理发热缺陷,实现带电紧固螺栓、带电除锈和带电进行短接分流功能。At present,different devices for eliminating defects in ground potential live work are developed based on the heating defects of connectors of substation high voltage equipment,such as isolation switch,drainage plate and lead connector.Each device is designed for a single defect of a single equipment,and its application in the field is not flexible enough.Especially in the special environment such as emergency repair,it can not well meet the needs of equipment elimination.In order to solve this problem,a device for dealing with heating of joints of high voltage equipment in 35~220kV substation with ground potential is developed.Operators can safely and quickly deal with heating defects on the ground by using this device,and realize the functions of live fastening bolts,live rust removal and live short connection and shunt.
