摘　　要：特色工业园区开发,是当代工业全面性变革的主导形式。为此,论文在阐述产业集群与特色工业园区理论之上,通过园区基础因素、生产要素等方面的调控,促进特色工业园区建设,以达到明晰工业园区创新趋向,提升行业发展动力的目的。The development of characteristic industrial parks is the leading form of comprehensive transformation of contemporary industry.To this end,this paper expounds the theory of industrial clusters and characteristic industrial parks,and promotes the construction of characteristic industrial parks through the adjustment and control of basic factors and production factors of the park,so as to clarify the innovation trend of industrial parks and enhance the development momentum of the industry.
