摘 要:我国房地产经济的片面发展已经非常严重,其带来的经济和社会后果会逐渐显现出来。全民炒房既是房地产经济片面发展的结果,同时,也是后者的注脚。房地产经济虚假繁荣带来的财富聚集效应与中国古代王朝末期经常出现的土地集中有一定的相似性,因为它们都将活财富变成了死财富,最终阻碍了社会生产力的发展。因此,人们应该汲取历史经验和教训,贯彻“房住不炒”思想已经刻不容缓。The one-sided development of China's real estate economy is very serious,and the economic and social consequences it brings will gradually emerge.Everyone's participation in real estate speculation is not only the result of one-sided development of the real estate economy,but also the footnote of the latter.The effect of wealth accumulation brought about by the false prosperity of the real estate economy is similar to that of land concentration which often appeared at the end of ancient dynasties in China,because they all turn the living wealth into the dead wealth,and finally hinder the development of social productivity.Therefore,people should learn from historical experience and lessons.It is urgent to implement the thinking of"keeping housing from speculating".
