基于ZB45包装机商标纸上胶量过小故障的改进设计研究

摘　　要：ZB45包装机商标纸上胶量过小会造成烟包质量不合格,尤其是商标纸上胶量过小会导致出现内框纸脱落等现象,甚至还会造成原材料浪费,增加企业成本支出。论文结合多年工作实践,立足于ZB45包装机商标纸上胶量过小故障的原因剖析,提出具体的解决对策,以期优化商标纸的上胶工艺,提高条烟的生产质量。The small amount glue on the trademark paper of ZB45 packaging machine will lead to the unqualified quality of cigarette package,especially too small amount glue on the trademark paper will lead to falling off of inner frame paper and other phenomena,and even cause the waste of raw materials and increase the costs and expenses of the enterprises.Combined with many years of work practice,this paper based on the causes analysis of the fault of small amount glue on the trademark paper of ZB45 packaging machine,put forward specific solutions,so as to optimize the gluing process of the trademark paper and improve the production quality of cigarette carton.
