摘 要:转杯混纺纱不仅具有耐磨性好、弹性足、抗起毛起球的优良性能,而且纺纱效率高。为了探讨不同假捻器对山羊绒/棉转杯混纺纱性能的影响,在RFR30转杯纺纱机上使用不同假捻器、转杯进行纺纱,测试并比较转杯纺山羊绒/棉混纺纱(混纺比12/88)的纱线性能。结果显示:对于线密度为23tex和30tex的山羊绒/棉混纺纱,盘香式陶瓷假捻器比4槽金属假捻器与光滑金属假捻器纺制的混纺纱线的毛羽少、强力高、条干CV值低。U型转杯混纺纱线毛羽较多,V型转杯纺混纺纱线条干较好。采用盘香式陶瓷假捻器,随着转杯速度的增加,纱线条干CV值增加、强力减小。山羊绒/棉纤维转杯混纺纱的实际纺纱线密度小于理论纺纱极限线密度。Rotor blended yarn not only has good abrasion resistance,elasticity,anti-pilling,but also has high spinning efficiency.In order to explore the influence of different navels on the performance of cashmere/cotton rotor blended yarn,the different navels and rotors were used in RFR30 rotor spinning machine,and the yarn performance of the rotor spinning cashmere/cotton blended yarn(blended ratio 12/88)were tested and compared.The results show that for cashmere/cotton blended yarn with a linear density of 23 tex and 30 tex,the ceramic spiral navel has less hairiness,higher strength and lower CV value than that of the metal navel with four-groove and smooth metal navel.U-type rotor blended yarn has more hairiness and V-type rotor blended yarn has better evenness.Under ceramic navel,with the increase of rotor speed,the yarn evenness CV value increases and the yarn strength decreases.The actual spinning line density of cashmere/cotton rotor blended yarn is less than the theoretical spinning limit line density.
