摘  要:为了解决水中有机污染物的光催化降解问题,以聚乙二醇(PEG)为模板,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备介孔TiO2/SiO2光催化材料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、比表面积测试(BET)等手段分析材料的形貌及结构,并测试其对亚甲基蓝(MB)的光催化降解性能。结果表明:聚乙二醇添加量对TiO2/SiO2的晶型的影响较小,添加量逐渐增大时可扩充TiO2/SiO2大孔结构,同时比表面积、孔径和孔体积也逐渐增大,比表面积最大为140.7m^2/g,最大孔径为14.08nm,最大孔体积为0.4955cm^3/g。当聚乙二醇添加量为1g时,TiO2/SiO2对MB的光催化降解性能达到最好,光照60min后,MB降解效率可达90%以上。In order to solve the photocatalytic degradation problem of organic pollutants in water,with polyethylene glycol(PEG)as template,the mesoporous TiO2/SiO2 photocatalytic materials were prepared by sol-gel method.The internal structure and external morphology of these materials were analyzed by X ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller test(BET),and the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue(MB)was tested.The results show that the PEG addition has little effect on the crystal form of TiO2/SiO2.When the amount of PEG increases gradually,the pore structure of TiO2/SiO2 can be expanded,and the specific surface area,pore diameter and pore volume also increase gradually.The maximum specific surface area is 140.7 m^2/g,the maximum pore diameter is 14.08 nm,and the maximum pore volume is 0.4955 cm^3/g.When the amount of polyethylene glycol is 1 g,TiO2/SiO2 has the best photocatalytic degradation performance for MB,and the degradation efficiency of MB can reach more than 90%after 60 min of illumination.
