摘　　要：信号线的线宽及厚度、材料的介电常数、绝缘材料的介质厚度等是影响特性阻抗的主要因素,而当产品设计特殊如布线不规则、有掩膜层覆盖、阻抗线设计为“Y”字型时,信号线的阻抗将会出现不一致现象。本文主要从阻抗产品的特殊结构设计出发,对阻抗一致性影响的几种因素进行了分析。Width and thickness of signal line,dielectric constant of material and dielectric thickness of insulating material are the main factors affecting characteristic impedance.When the wiring and dielectric thickness of product are irregular,the impedance matching of whole signal line will be inconsistent.This paper mainly focuses on the special structure and distribution of impedance control product.The influence degree of wire impedance is analyzed.
