摘　　要：印制电路板企业合作研发已经逐渐成为一种重要的技术创新战略,由于知识的共享、信息的交流以及不同知识产权背景企业的加入,在企业合作研发过程中必然产生一系列的知识产权问题。本文分析了企业合作研发过程中的知识产权问题,并提出应对策略。Printed circuit board enterprises cooperative research and development has gradually become a kind of important technical innovation strategy.Because of the knowledge sharing,information communication,and the addition of different background intellectual property company,a series of intellectual property problem will inevitably be produced at the process of enterprise cooperative research and development.This paper analyzes the intellectual property problem at the process of enterprise cooperative research and development,and puts forward the coping strategies.
