前列腺癌患者血清超敏C反应蛋白的水平与其病情危险程度的关系分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列腺癌(PCa)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平与其病情危险程度的关系。方法:选取2013年8月至2018年12月期间柳州市人民医院收治的123例PCa患者作为研究对象。在这些患者入院后,均对其进行血清hs-CRP检测,评估其病情的危险程度。然后比较不同血清hs-CRP水平的PCa患者中病情危险程度为高危的患者所占的比例、不同病情危险程度的PCa患者血清hs-CRP的水平。结果:在这些患者中,高危型PCa患者占52.03%,低危型PCa患者占47.97%;血清hs-CRP水平升高的患者占58.54%,血清hs-CRP水平正常的患者占41.46%。血清hs-CRP水平升高的患者中病情危险程度为高危的患者所占的比例高于血清hs-CRP水平正常的患者中相应患者的占比,P<0.05。病情的危险程度为高危的PCa患者血清hs-CRP的水平高于病情的危险程度为低危的PCa患者,P<0.05。结论:病情严重程度为高危的PCa患者血清hs-CRP水平升高的几率较大。与病情严重程度为低危的PCa患者相比,病情严重程度为高危的PCa患者血清hs-CRP的水平更高。Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum hS-CRP level and the risk of prostate cancer(PCa).Methods:123 patients with PCa admitted to Liuzhou People’s Hospital from August 2013 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.After admission,serum HS-CRP was measured to assess the risk of these patients.Then,the proportion of PCa patients with high risk of hS-CRP and the serum Hs-CRP level of PCa patients with different levels of Hs-CRP were compared.Results:Among these patients,52.03%were high-risk PCa patients and 47.97%were low-risk PCa patients.Patients with elevated serum HS-CRP level accounted for 58.54%,and patients with normal serum HS-CRP level accounted for 41.46%.The proportion of patients with elevated serum HS-CRP was higher than that of patients with normal serum HS-CRP(P<0.05).The serum HS-CRP level of PCa patients with high risk of disease was higher than that of PCa patients with low risk of disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with high severity of PCa were more likely to have elevated serum HS-CRP.Compared with patients with low-risk PCa,patients with high-risk PCa had higher serum HS-CRP.
