对接受无创机械通气的急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行肺康复治疗的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨对接受无创机械通气的急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(AECOPD)患者进行肺康复治疗的效果。方法:选择在重庆医科大学附属第一医院接受治疗的130例AECOPD患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为肺康复组(n=50)与对比组(n=80)。在两组患者接受无创机械通气期间,对其均进行抗感染、扩张支气管等对症治疗。在此基础上,对肺康复组患者进行肺康复治疗。然后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,肺康复组患者住院的费用少于对比组患者,其接受无创机械通气的时间和住院的时间均短于对比组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受无创机械通气的AECOPD患者进行肺康复治疗可显著减少其治疗的费用,缩短其接受无创机械通气的时间和住院的时间。Objective:To investigate the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation on weaning efficiency in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:130 patients with AECOPD were divided into observation group(n=50 cases)and control group(n=80 cases)according to whether they received pulmonary rehabilitation treatment.Results:there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in MMRC score,lung function index and 6MWD before and after treatment;the hospitalization cost and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The time of using noninvasive ventilator in the control group was significantly longer than that in the observation group(P<0.05)Conclusion:the application of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy in AECOPD patients with non-invasive mechanical ventilation has no obvious effect on improving the movement ability,dyspnea symptoms and pulmonary function indexes,but it can shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the medical cost,and promote the early off-line of non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
