急诊阴式剖宫取胎治疗晚期难免流产案例分析

摘　　要：回顾性分析急诊来医院就诊的晚期难免流产患者的诊疗资料,记录阴式剖宫取胎的手术步骤、时间、术中出血量、手术疤痕、疼痛评估、住院费用、住院天数、医患满意度、手术并发症、术后随访,总结急诊阴式剖宫取胎的治疗经验,并进行评价其安全性、疗效性以及微创价值。该手术步骤简单且不干扰腹腔内环境,手术时间为15分钟,术中出血(包括清理宫腔积血)约200 mL,体表手术无疤痕、患者无腹部疼痛、合计费用3200元、住院天数4天、医患满意、术后无并发症、术后随访月经正常,该技术应用于此类难免流产确实安全、有效、微创、无疤。Retrospective analysis was made on the data of diagnosis and treatment of late inevitable abortion patients who came to our hospital for emergency treatment.The procedure,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,scar,pain assessment,hospitalization expenses,hospitalization days,doctor-patient satisfaction,complications and follow-up after vaginal cesarean section were recorded.The treatment of emergency vaginal cesarean section was summarized.Therapeutic experience was evaluated for safety,efficacy and minimally invasive value.The procedure is simple and does not interfere with the intra-abdominal environment.The operation time is 15 minutes.Intraoperative bleeding(including clearance of uterine hemorrhage)is about 200 mL.There are no scars,no abdominal pain,a total cost of 3200 yuan,4 days of hospitalization,satisfactory doctors and patients,no complications after operation,and normal menstruation after operation.The patient is really safe,effective,minimally invasive and scarless.
