摘　　要：目的分析运动手环协助提升心脏病患者心肺功能的效果。方法文章收治对象为心脏病患者,总例数为200例,收取时间在2015年6月1日-2018年5月10日之间,总采取抽签分组方式分为两组,两组均实施心肺运动实验评估心肺功能然后出运动处方,对照组采用一般方法评估运动量运动强度,观察组实施运动手环监测心率,分析两组的各项指标。结果观察组心脏病患者心肺功能指标相比对照组更具有优势(P<0.05)。观察组心率指标(74.25±10.12)次/min与对照组心率指标(85.11±12.45)次/min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心肺耐力变化与对照组相比,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动手环协助提升心脏病患者二期康复心肺耐力效果显著,能够使其心肺功能得到改善。Objective To analyze the effect of exercise bracelet on improving cardiopulmonary function in patients with heart disease.Methods The total number of patients with heart disease was 200.The time of collection was from June 1,2015 to May 10,2018.The total number of patients was divided into two groups by drawing lots.The cardiopulmonary exercise test was carried out in both groups to evaluate cardiopulmonary function and then exercise prescription was given.The control group was evaluated by general method.In the intensity observation group,the heart rate was monitored by exercise hand ring,and the indexes of the two groups were analyzed.Results The cardiopulmonary function indexes of patients with heart disease in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate index(74.25±10.12)times per minute in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group(85.11±12.45)times per minute)(P<0.05),and the change of cardiopulmonary endurance in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sports bracelets can improve the cardiopulmonary endurance of patients with heart disease in the second stage of rehabilitation,and can improve their cardiopulmonary function.
