克罗米酚联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果及对内分泌水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究克罗米酚联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果及对内分泌水平的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的80例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组给予克罗米酚治疗,研究组给予克罗米酚和二甲双胍联合治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组排卵率及妊娠率均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组卵泡成熟时间短于对照组,优势卵泡个数多于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组月经稀发、痤疮、体毛增多发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组胰岛素曲线下面积小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者促卵泡素、黄体生成素、睾酮水平低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论克罗米酚和二甲双胍联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征能够促进患者排卵,更好地改善临床症状,降低血糖,同时对激素水平有更好的调节和稳定作用,有利于患者发生妊娠,达到理想的治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of clomiphene combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and its influence on internal secretion level.Methods A total of 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene,while the study group was treated with clomiphene and metformin.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the follicle maturation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the number of dominant follicles was more than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidences of menorrhea,acne and body hair increase in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the area under insulin curve of the study group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and testosterone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clomiphene combined with metformin can promote ovulation,improve clinical symptoms and reduce blood sugar in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.At the same time,it has a better regulation and stability effects on hormone level,which is conducive to the occurrence of pregnancy and achieve the ideal treatment effect.
