抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体联合类风湿因子检测对类风湿关节炎的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体联合类风湿因子检测对类风湿关节炎的诊断价值。方法选取我院2017年3月至2018年3月收治的50例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究组,另选取同期我院健康体检者50例作为对照组。两组均检测抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体、类风湿因子水平,并比较检测结果与诊断效能。结果研究组抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体、类风湿因子水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体联合类风湿因子检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论在类风湿关节炎的诊断中,采用抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体联合类风湿因子检测,能获得更为理想的诊断效果。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of detection of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody combined with rheumatoid factor in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 50 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as study group,and 50 healthy subjects in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The levels of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody and rheumatoid factor were detected in both groups,and the detection results and diagnostic efficacy were compared.Results The levels of anticyclic citrullinated peptide antibody and rheumatoid factor in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody combined with rheumatoid factor dection were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis,detection of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody combined with rheumatoid factor can obtain more ideal diagnosis effect.
