摘　　要：目的探讨仿婴儿吸吮乳头式干预对母婴分离初产妇泌乳的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年4月于我院分娩的108例初产妇,将其随机分为观察组(54例,常规护理+仿婴儿吸吮乳头式干预)和对照组(54例,常规护理)。比较两组产妇的泌乳情况、护理满意度及母乳喂养率。结果观察组的泌乳始动时间短于对照组,产后24、48 h泌乳量明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后1、3、6个月,观察组产妇的母乳喂养率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仿婴儿吸吮乳头式干预能够有效促进母婴分离初产妇泌乳,为新生儿喂养提供重要的支持。Objective To explore the effect of imitating baby sucking nipple intervention on lactation of primiparas with maternal separation.Methods A total of 108 primiparas delivered in our hospital from June 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(54 cases,routine nursing+imitating baby sucking nipple intervention)and control group(54 cases,routine nursing).The lactation,nursing satisfaction and breast feeding rate of the two groups were compared.Results The lactation initiation time of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the lactation volume at 24 and 48 hours after delivery were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,3,and 6 months postpartum,the breast feeding rate of the parturients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Imitating baby sucking nipple intervention can effectively promote lactation of primiparas with maternal separation,and provide important support for newborn feeding.
