摘　　要：该文针对应用型本科院校中物联网类创新创业活动指导教师队伍建设与实际需求间的矛盾问题,提出从积极性政策、技术互补性合作机制、过程化监督体系和周期性运行方案等多方面的指导教师队伍建设方法,明确指导教师队伍建设的发展方向。For the innovation and entrepreneurship activities of Internet of Things,there is a contradiction between supervisor team construction and the actual needs.This paper puts forward the methods of supervisor team construction from various aspects,such as supportive policy,complementary technology cooperation mechanism,process supervision system,and periodic operation plan,so as to make clear the development direction of supervisor team construction.
