摘  要:跨境电商是现代国际商业贸易的主要方式之一,“互联网+”、移动互联网时代的到来,以及我国提出的“一带一路”倡议,都会促进跨境电商的进一步繁荣。因此,对跨境电商的各类人才需求都会出现供不应求的局面。该文主要研究了地方院校跨境电商市场营销专业人才培养模式现状和存在的问题,提出了地方院校培养跨境电商市场营销人才的模式和路径,以供地方院校市场营销专业转型提供思路和参考。Cross-border e-commerce is one of the main ways of modern international commercial trade.The"Internet+",the arrival of the mobile Internet era and"The Belt and Road"initiative proposed by China will promote the further prosperity of cross-border e-commerce.Therefore,the demand for all kinds of talents in cross-border e-commerce will be in short supply.This paper mainly studies the current situation and existing problems of the training model of cross-border e-commerce marketing talents in local colleges and universities,and puts forward the model and path of cultivating cross-border e-commerce marketing talents in local colleges and universities,so as to provide ideas and reference for the transformation of marketing majors in local colleges and universities.
