乡村振兴战略下涉农专业“双创”型人才培养研究

摘　　要：习近平总书记强调,任何时候都不能忽视农业、不能忘记农民、不能漠视农村。党的十九大提出了实施乡村振兴战略的重大决策,乡村振兴将会给我国农村带来更多发展机遇,也为大学生返乡就业、创新创业提供了更多机会。基于此结合养殖类专业的特点对“双创”型人才的培养提出了一些建议和对策。General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that agriculture,farmers and rural areas should not be ignored at any time.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)put forward an important decision to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.Rural revitalization will bring more opportunities to rural areas in China,and also provide more opportunities for college students to return to their hometowns for employment,innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the characteristics of aquaculture specialty,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the cultivation of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"talents.
