摘  要:职称评审制度是人事管理中的一项重要制度,它不仅是评定教师职称等级的制度,更是检验学校教师培养成效的制度。如何更好地做到教师职称评审制度与教师培养制度的有效衔接,是我们现阶段职称改革必须思考的问题。本文通过阐述民办高职院校职称评审制度的改革现状、民办高职院校教师培养制度的现状与问题、职称评审制度与教师培养制度的关系以及与教师培养制度之间的互相作用,为民办高职院校建立完善科学的职称评审制度和教师培养制度提供参考。As an important system in personnel management,the title appraisal system is not only a system for assessing the rank of teacher titles,but also a system for testing the effectiveness of teacher training.How to better achieve the effective connection between the title appraisal system and the teacher training system is a problem we must think about at this stage of the title reform.This paper elaborates the reform status of the title appraisal system,as well as the status quo and problems of the teacher training system in private higher vocational colleges,and the relationship and interaction between the title appraisal system and the teacher training system,hoping to provide a reference for the establishment of a perfect and scientific tile appraisal and teacher training system in private higher vocational colleges.
